Pocillo Artisan Roast Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Coffee Description
Yirgachaffe Birhanu is grown on the sloping hills of the Yirgachaffe Valley in the famous coffee region of Sidamo, Ethiopia. Birhanu Bli Jilo is one of the rare small coffee producers in East Africa. The farm is maintained by Birhanu's family and the coffee they produce is as organic as it gets. Birhanu fertilizes his crop with compost made from the waste products of previous harvests.
We recommend a light to medium roast for this type of coffee, to ensure that the unique aroma and intense finish are tasted on every cup.
Cupping Notes A smooth and creamy body, a complex citrusy with pronounced lime notes, floral flavor, and a sweet chocolate finish.
Grinding: Grounded on-demand or whole beans
Roasted: On-demand medium
Every bag of Pocillo Artisan Roast Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Coffee is artisanally roasted with love from Davie FL. Each bag's roast date is dated and signed by our roaster.

I wanted to give a lot of props to Pocillo, their bean quality is incredible. Every cup felt as fresh as the last and the flavor was unmatched. I would definitely say it was worth the money and I will be purchasing again in the future.
I like the flavor and aroma
This has to be one of the most well rounded cups of coffee that i have had in a long time not overly pronounced in any direction, just a perfectly balanced cup. The beans seemed super fresh I put them in my burr grinder and started with a pour over. Complex fruity, smooth. pleasant aftertaste that doesn't linger. I imagine I will be going through the rest of this bag quite fast.
It tastes great, full of flavor and is roasted just right.I just prefer the taste of El Salvador more in my opinion
I put this coffee through the gauntlet: moka pot, pour overs, DeLonghi machine, proper espresso machine, and an aero press. It surprised me how full of flavor it is, and how each method accentuated a different cupping note. Side note: the crema taste amazing and is great for latte art (I threw my first swan on it)
