Even though the package was well protected with multiple layers of bubble wrap one of the cups i received was chipped. And it appears the chipped cup was placed in the package since the chip was nowhere to be found. After i complained and requested replacement cup the seller wanted to wait for aliexperss customer protection to run out before sending me a replacement. After requesting a refund only a partial refund was proposed (50% of cup's price) which i refused. Now they want me to send the cup back to china at expenses which are more than original price of the cup. Disappointed!! !
Do not order from this seller as it is clearly a scam.

perhaps find a better fulfillment company?
I wouldn’t know about these cups as they have not been delivered and the expected delivery date is sometime around the 29th…about three weeks after I made the purchase.
