Love this thermometer! Took a year and a day to arrive, HOWEVER the customer service on this one FANTASTIC.

Not only did they send me a replacement for the lost package but they monitored both shipments to ensure their arrival (the most one ended up going to some random address in NJ). Normally I would have been quite frustrated with this situation, but the customer service was prompt and truly well managed.
