Great tool. Very well made. Turns smooth and looks great. Shipment was missing the extra needles but they said they would be sending extras. Very happy with the purchase.
Shipping is fast and package arrived unopened. Seller’s original box items missing 1 tiny stainless steel sleeve inside which impact the functionality. Communicated with seller but the response is delayed and asking for a package opening video which I do not take, never expected missing a tiny part from a seller’s original package. Very poor communication quality and customer service. Considering return & refund.
